Michael E. Cousins, CPA

Mr. Cousins became Chief Financial Officer of ORIX USA Corporation in 2004 after holding a similar position in ORIX Capital Markets since its inception in 1997.

As Chief Financial Officer Mr. Cousins oversees all accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury and insurance functions of ORIX USA and its subsidiaries.

Prior to joining ORIX, Mr. Cousins career included over 15 years in finance and accounting including senior financial positions with Bank One and its predecessors and in public accounting with KPMG and its predecessors.
