Hideto Nishitani

Mr. Nishitani became the Deputy President of ORIX USA Corporation in September 2006, with over 20 years of comprehensive global business experience in financial services within the ORIX Group in the U.K., Ireland, Canada and Japan.

In the last 10 years, Mr. Nishitani gained and broadened his experience in the business of both structured finance and investment banking. Between 2001 and 2006, Mr. Nishitani was actively involved in the M&A and buyout investment business as SVP at the Principal Investment Group of Investment Banking Headquarters in Japan where he was responsible for sourcing, acquiring, restructuring and managing portfolio companies for investment return. Mr. Nishitani is a member of the International Corporate Governance Network in London, the Securities Analyst Association and the Turnaround Manager Association in Japan.
