Moody's upgrades ORIX's ratings to A3 from Baa1; outlook stable

Moody's Investors Service said it raised its senior unsecured debt rating, senior unsecured medium-term note (MTN) rating, and long-term issuer rating on ORIX Corp. to 'A3' from 'Baa1' based on the view that the company has maintained favorable financial performance of its diversified segments.

All rating outlooks are stable.

Moody's said it is of the view that ORIX's financial soundness continues to improve.
