Ray Boone is a Principal with ORIX Venture Finance LLC, a part of ORIX Finance. He originates transactions on the west coast.
Prior to joining ORIX, Mr. Boone was a director for Greyrock Capital, the venture finance arm of Bank of America. During his three-year tenure at Greyrock, he was responsible for managing a team of underwriters for all new business, evaluating technology and business models, building a portfolio of $300 million in venture debt.
Before Greyrock, Mr. Boone worked with Foothill Capital Corporation, an asset-based lender, in account management and underwriting capacities.
Mr. Boone is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a BA in economics.
