Jorge Jaramillo

Mr. Jaramillo is responsible for the special situation investment activities of the Leveraged Finance Group (i.e. DIP, exit, and rescue financings). Prior to joining ORIX in 2008, Jorge was Vice President with Highland Capital Management’s Merchant Banking and Distressed Investment Group, where he was responsible for restructuring, underwriting and managing special situations credit, private equity and public equity investments. Prior to that role, he was with ORIX Leveraged Finance in Dallas and Wells Fargo’s Capital Markets Group in San Francisco.

Jorge received a BS in Finance from Butler University and an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University.
