Nathan Chapman

Mr. Chapman is responsible for originating and executing cash flow senior debt, subordinated debt, and equity investment products in support of middle-market, private equity sponsored transactions. Nathan joined ORIX Finance as a founding member of the Leveraged Finance Group in 2004 and has held a variety of positions with origination, underwriting and portfolio management responsibilities. Prior to joining ORIX, Nathan was associated with Wells Fargo’s Middle Market Commercial Banking group and with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

Nathan received a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University and an MBA with concentrations in Strategy and Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
