Ms. Hubach jointly oversees the real estate debt portfolio consisting of mortgage loans, mezzanine and subordinate debt, B-Piece CMBS, investment grade CMBS, REIT senior unsecured, senior secured bank loans, and CRE CDO bonds. Prior to joining ORIX, Ms. Hubach was with Wachovia Capital Markets where she was the head trader of CRE CDOs and responsible for both the risk management of related positions and expanding the CRE CDO investor base in Europe and the U.S. Ms. Hubach was a portfolio manager at Deutsche Bank Securities (Winchester Capital Group) and Abbey National plc and a CMBS trader at Merrill Lynch.
Ms. Hubach received her MBA from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at UNC-Chapel Hill with a concentration in real estate and finance. She graduated from Southern Methodist University with bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Political Science.
